Delivery Options
At Wallington's WRG, we offer several delivery and collection options depending on the products in your order, your location, and your PLUS Club membership status.
Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their order from our Wallington store. Most orders are available for collection on the same day, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is available for orders where all items can be safely shipped via our parcel network and the total order weight is under 20kg.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location using the rates outlined below.
Oversize Delivery
Oversize Delivery applies to orders containing items over 20kg or products that cannot be shipped through our standard parcel network.
This service is currently available to Victorian delivery addresses only. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the products ordered and delivery location.
PLUS Club Free Delivery
PLUS Club members receive free delivery on eligible orders valued at $125 or more when logged into their PLUS Club account at checkout.
To qualify for free delivery:
- The order value must be $125 or greater.
- The customer must be logged into their PLUS Club account.
- The order must not contain bulk landscape products.
- Orders delivered outside Victoria must have a total weight of less than 10kg.
- Oversize and special freight items may be excluded from this offer.
If your PLUS Club benefits do not appear at checkout, please ensure you are logged into the account associated with your active PLUS Club membership.
Landscape Delivery
Wallington’s WRG provides delivery in Geelong and district seven days a week. We deliver our bulk landscape supplies. We will deliver any of our bulk supplies for quantities of one cubic metre or more. Please get in touch with us to discuss your delivery options and prices, as these vary depending on the order volume, truck availability and order day.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our orders all over Australia and New Zealand, with the exception of bulk landscape products or heavy items, which are only able to be delivered within our local delivery area around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
At Wallington's WRG, we take pride in providing a fast turnaround for your order.
Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday are generally dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are generally dispatched by the following Monday.
We currently offer a range of delivery options, as well as Pickup from our Wallington store.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our store is open on most public holidays. To avoid disappointment, it is best to plan and order ahead, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Our Landscape team does deliver on most days. They will call you to confirm the delivery date and time after you have placed your order.
How much are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery fees depend on the weight of your order and your location. Below is how we charge for items that are not oversize (under 20kg and less than 120cm).

Please note: We are not able to ship orders over 20kg outside of Victoria through our website. If you need to order more than this amount, please contact us for a quote.
Landscape Deliveries
The prices for landscape deliveries depend on your location and the size of truck required. Weekend and public holiday surcharges apply. Please contact us for a quote.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, we have given our couriers authority to leave your order in your designated place, so you do not need to be there when we deliver. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
Wallington's WRG reserves the right to cancel the delivery of goods if there are any loose animals or dogs present on the property.
We take our staff's safety and animal welfare very seriously, and for that reason, we cannot risk having our staff encounter any unsecured pets.
Please ensure all animals are contained prior to delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you ship or deliver outside of Australia?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand. We have also shipped to the USA, Mexico and most countries in Europe. If you wish for an order to be shipped to a country outside of Australia and New Zealand, please contact us.
If we decide that we can ship to your destination country, you take full responsibility for clearing customs and paying any taxes or duties. You also take full responsibility for ensuring you are allowed to purchase and own the product, and that this does not violate any local laws or regulations.
Please note, we will not pay for returns. If you or customs decline the delivery, we will not refund any postage fees.
