STRAIGHTCURVE Zero Flex Planter Panels are precision-engineered steel panels that let you build a fully custom planter box in any shape or size — from a compact courtyard herb garden to a large-scale landscape feature. Mix and match panel lengths and join them with the matching accessories to create exactly the layout you need.

Finish

• Weathering Steel — Develops a rich, natural Corten patina over time. Warm, organic tones that suit both modern and established garden styles.
• Galvanised Steel — Hot-dip galvanised for long-term corrosion resistance. A clean, consistent finish suited to contemporary and coastal environments.

Panel Height

• 400 mm — Ideal for low-profile garden beds, edging features and shallow planters.
• 560 mm — Greater depth for raised beds, feature trees, vegetables and deeper root crops.

Panels are available in six lengths to build your design to the nearest practical dimension:

• 400 mm
• 600 mm
• 800 mm
• 1000 mm

• 2000 mm

How to Order Your Custom Planter

Step 1: Sketch out the layout

Draw your planter box shape and mark the dimensions of every side. It doesn't need to be perfect — a rough sketch with measurements is all you need to get started.

Step 2: Measure up

On your sketch, mark the panel sizes required to build each side of your design. Panels are available in 400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm and 2000 mm lengths — choose the combination that gets you closest to your target dimensions.

Step 3: Count your panels and joiners

Note down the number of panels of each length you need. Then circle every panel joining point on your sketch and count the number of straight joins, closed corners and reverse corners required to complete your design.

Step 4: Plan your bracing

Every straight join requires bracing to keep your planter rigid and square:

• Use one bracing strap set where two opposing joins are 1200 mm apart or less.
• Use one universal bracing set (or a ground anchor post 1100 mm + fitting set) per straight join in all other situations.

Note the number of each bracing type on your sketch.

Step 5: Add screws

All Straightcurve planter joins are fixed with Tek Screws. Add the required quantity to your order before checkout, or supply your own.

Step 6: Place your order

Make sure you add the following to your cart:

• Panels (finish, height and length)
• Joining accessories (straight joins, closed corners, reverse corners)
• Bracing sets
• Tek Screws
